All products sold by Retkatha are handcrafted leather journals made to order or from limited stock. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in texture, colour, and finish are inherent and not considered defects.

Where personalization (e.g., name embossing) is offered, you are responsible for providing accurate details at the time of order. We are not liable for errors in personalization resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. For international orders, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees — these are outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of a product.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Order processing times may vary due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping

We ship domestically within India and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Retkatha is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events beyond our control.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.
