Refund policy
At Retkatha, every journal is handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at retkatha@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this window, production may have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalised or custom-engraved journals
- Items returned without prior written approval
- Items showing signs of use
Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
